Robot Design & Testing
Once you approve the proof of concept, we'll be able to design 3D models of your industrial robots. Not only does this help you get a better idea of how your new robot technology will look, but it helps us test the design to ensure it meets your specifications.
Each robot design we create is strenuously tested in virtual environments meant to simulate the conditions inside your facility. That way, we're able to modify the robot design while still in the planning phase, saving you money. For example, we will test the programming code of a robotic arm to determine if it will successfully integrate with your existing industrial automation.
Robotic automation will help you save time and money. We understand that floor space is a premium inside your facility, which is why we design equipment pieces so they'll fit as compactly as possible. The more conservative we are with space, the more room you'll have in your facility if you decide to later expand. We walk the production floor with you to discuss your options, giving you the chance to visualize how robotic automation systems will integrate with your existing industrial machinery.
