About First Choice Robotics
First Choice Robotics (FCR) began its journey in 2012, founded by Dan Lemaire with a clear vision: to become a trusted system integrator for paint automation. With years of hands-on experience and an impressive background in paint robotics and industrial automation, Dan built FCR on a foundation of deep technical expertise and forward-thinking innovation.
From the very beginning, FCR’s focus has been on robotics. By forming strategic partnerships with other automation integrators who specialize in paint booths, ovens, conveyors, and fluid delivery systems, we’re able to deliver complete, end-to-end solutions while maintaining full ownership and accountability for the robotic integration itself. This approach ensures every system we deliver is seamless, efficient, and built to perform.
Originally headquartered in Nunica, MI, FCR has grown steadily over the years and recently relocated to a larger, new facility in Walker, MI. From this location, our engineering, sales, and service teams collaborate under one roof, working together to design, implement, and support world-class automation solutions for manufacturers across industries.
